OAR 860-034-0750. Annual Report Requirements for Type 2 Cooperatives

Annual reports will be submitted by Type 2 cooperatives. The total company Form O report for the previous calendar year shall be submitted on or before April 1, using the most current forms approved by the Commission. The Form I report for the previous calendar year shall be submitted on or before October 31, using the most current forms approved by the Commission. [ED.
