OAR 860-036-1410. Application of Partial Payments

Absent written instructions from the customer, and consistent with OAR 860-036-1240(6), the water utility must apply payments in the following order: (1) Past due regulated tariff or statement of rates services; (2) Currently due regulated tariff or statement of rates services; and (3) Non-regulated services.
