OAR 860-036-1680. Cross Connection Control

(1) All customers must comply with the water utility’s Cross Connection Control Program to protect the water system from contamination. A customer's failure to comply is grounds for disconnection under OAR 860-036-1500. (2) The water utility’s cross connection protection rules will be included, as necessary, in the water utility's tariffs or statement of rates.
