OAR 863-014-0000. Applicability and Purpose

(1) This division sets forth the requirements and process for licensing real estate brokers and principal real estate brokers, as those terms are defined in ORS 696.010. (2) The purpose of this division is to specify the requirements for obtaining the desired real estate license.
