OAR 863-017-0000. Applicability and Purpose

(1) This division sets forth the requirements and process for registering residential property wholesalers, as those terms are defined in Oregon Laws 2024, chapter 3, section 1 and 2. (2) The purpose of this division is to specify the requirements for obtaining the desired residential property wholesaling registration.
