OAR 863-001-0007. Refunds and Charges

(1) The Real Estate Agency shall not refund fees, civil penalties or other moneys overpaid by an amount of $15 or less unless such repayment is requested in writing by the payor within one year after the date of the overpayment. (2) If the Agency receives payment of any fees by check or electronic funds transfer and the payment is returned to the Agency as an NSF or invalid account, the payor of the fees will be assessed a charge of $25 in addition to the required payment of the fees.
