OAR 863-003-0110. Fees

(1) The Agency may charge a fee, not to exceed the actual cost to the Agency, for acquiring and furnishing criminal offender information, including re-evaluations of criminal background determinations. (2) The Agency may charge the fee to the subject individual on whom criminal offender information is sought or, if the subject individual is an employee of an Agency contractor or vendor and is undergoing a fitness determination in that capacity, the Agency may charge the fee to the subject individual's employer.
