(1) An escrow agent must notify the Agency within five calendar days on an Agency-approved form of the following changes in the information contained in an escrow agent license application: main or branch office location changes, branch office establishment, and branch office closure. (2) An escrow agent must notify the Agency on an Agency-approved form ten business days before ceasing business operations.
