OAR 877-030-0090. General Provisions Governing Conduct

(1) A regulated social worker must cooperate with the Board, its investigators, and its committees in investigations made under OAR Chapter 877. (2) A regulated social worker must fully comply with a final order issued to the regulated social worker by the Board. (3) A regulated social worker must in connection with the practice of social work fully comply with Executive Orders issued by the Governor during a declared disaster or emergency.
