OAR 918-225-0350. Exemptions for Hot Water Storage Tanks

Hot water supply storage tanks heated by steam or any indirect means not exceeding any of the following are exempt from ORS 480.510 to 480.665: (1) A water temperature of 210°F; (2) A nominal water containing capacity of 120 gallons; or (3) A maximum working pressure of 150 pounds per square inch gauge pressure.
