OAR 918-030-0250. Renewal — Extension for Call to Military Service

(1) The appropriate board or the division may extend the period for complying with continuing education requirements or renewal requirements if the licensee was ordered to military duty for a period of 60 days or more. (2) Request for extension must: (a) Be in writing; and (b) Include a copy of military orders. (3) Following release from duty, the licensee shall comply with renewal requirements or complete continuing education in a manner acceptable to the board or the division.
