OAR 918-400-0670. Use of Minor Installation Labels

(1) Elevator contractors having a valid license under ORS 460.045(1) or 479.630(1) and a verified Construction Contractors Board license, when using elevator mechanics licensed under 460.005 to 460.175 or 479.630(6), may purchase and use minor labels as described by OAR 918-100-0000 through 918-100-0060; and, (2) Only permit requirements are deleted. The Oregon Elevator Specialty Code elevator installation, alteration, and repair provisions and all licensing provisions of ORS 460.005 to 460.175, 479.630(1), or 479.630(6) shall be followed.
