OAR 918-460-0050. Structural Permit Fees

Effective July 1, 1999, the Building Codes Division fees for administration of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code are based on 130 percent of Table 3-A of the 1979 edition of the Uniform Building Code as published by the International Conference of Building Officials, as authorized in ORS 455.210.
