OAR 944-010-0000. Behavioral Health Resource Networks

(1) These rules prescribe general criteria and requirements for each Behavioral Health Resource Network (BHRN), individually and jointly, including the requirements to collect and report information necessary for the Secretary of State to conduct financial and performance audits required by ORS 430.392. (2) These rules 944-010-0000 through 944-010-0090 apply to a BHRN and/or funded entities authorized to provide services on and after July 1, 2025.
