OAR 170-080-0045. Program Administration Fees and Expenses

(1) The Board will charge each IRA a Program administrative fee that may consist of an asset-based fee, an annual fee, or transaction fees. (2) The Board will from time to time review, adjust, and notify Participating Employees and Participating Individuals of changes to Program Administration fees.
