OAR 259-061-0130. Copying and Distribution of the Exam

(1) No person, school, association or any other entity is authorized to copy or distribute any exam administered by the Department without prior written authorization; (2) Applicants who take the exam must not disclose to anyone or any entity the contents of the exam including the exam questions and answers.
