Concurrent with the submission of the Governor's annual budget message, the department shall submit the report required by this chapter to all of the following: (1) The Secretary of the Senate. (2) The chairperson of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate. (3) The Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives.
