Also are included two copies of the Statement of Reconciliation of Premiums Form 8, required by our regu- lations. These forms must be filled in all their parts and when there is no information available in connection with a given item or column, the word "nil" or "none" shall be inserted. You are reminded that the filing date of these reports and of the Annual Statement of the Company is due on March 31, 1957 and must be received in this Office on or before that date.
