Entrega de Hojas de Incidentes El supervisor O personal designado para ello en cada ubicación de NCEM registrará en la hoja de acuse de recibo provista y entregará a la oficina de facturación todas las hojas de incidentes de la semana anterior clasificadas por fecha de servicio y categoría de pago según corresponde.
