LEGAL BASIS This regulation is adopted in agreement with the dispositions of Law number 154 of August 5, 1988. It confers the power to the Administrator to immediately administer and direct it to the Juvenile Institutions Administration, according to the dispositions of Law number 170 of August 12, 1988, as amended.
