Reglamento de Transportación:

PURPOSE To the Juvenile Institutions Administration, as a security agency, is given the power, among others, to establish by regulation its own system of maintaining and repairing its vehicles without subjection to the regulations of the Office of Transportation of the General Services Administration. Besides, the latter gives the Juvenile Institutions Administration the power to acquire any means of transportation that requires it. In spite of this power, in every other subjects of transportation it should follow the regulations of the General Services Administration. In accordance with the preceding paragraph this regulation is issued. It contains the inside general regulations that rule the matters of the official transportation and the maintenance and repairing systems of the official vehicles of the Juvenile Institutions Administration. In addition, the responsibilities that the Director and Auxiliary Directors of Transportation, as well as the officials and staff directly related with the function of transportation, are established.
