INTERRELATION WITH OTHER RULES
The dispositions of this regulation should not be interpreted
simply. The aspects related to the acquisition of motor
vehicles, parts, etc. ; the administration control, assignment and
disposition of property; the functions and responsibilities of the
Special Payer Official; and the receivers; among others, are
included in other regulations of the JIA or the GSA. These
regulations should be interpreted in its entirety, always
prevailing the special norms when these vary from the general
norm established.
