AT LESS THAN 50 VOLTS 720-1. Scope. This article covers installations operating at less than 50 volts, direct current or alternating current. Exception: As covered in Articles 551, 650, 669, 690, 725, and 760. 720-2. Hazardous (Classified) Locations. Installations coming within the scope of this article and installed in hazardous (classified) locations shall also comply with the appropriate provisions of Articles 500 through 517.
