- Right to Intervene in Proceedings

Any affected party may intervene in a petition filed with the
Board in order to establish its position with regards to the
petition. It may do so by filing with the Board, withing ten

(10) days after receipt of a copy of the Petition to Review,
its Statement of Intervention of Affected Party. The affected party must comply with all the requisites established
in Section 10 (D) of this Regulation.
