- Effects of Petitions

The actions filed pursuant to the provisions ofthis
Regulation interrupt any further action on the case appealed
until final decision or resolution is rendered. In the event
that an emergency arises in which the requisitioning department
or agency feels that a given program or service may be adversely affected, only the Board (subject to justification by
the requisitioner) is empowered to authorize the purchase of
supplies or services needed during a reasonable length of time
until the case is resolved.
