SESSIONS, QUORUM, ATTENDANCE, DUTIES OF THE BOARD

A. Attendance - The member of the Board shall be obliged to assist in person to all meetings. B. Quorum - A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute Quorum. The agreements shall be reached by the majority of the presents. In those cases where a draw exists the Auctions Board shall make a decision with the technical advice, which it deems necessary. C. No member of the Board shall receive no remuneration for discharging their duties. They may be entitled to a per diem and mileage if necessary while evaluating an Auction. 6
