DESERTED AUCTION

When no bidder's proposals have being received on the date fixed for the opening of the
proposals lists, the auction shall be declared deserted. For the acquisition of supplies and
services in these cases, the Auctions Board shall recommend the Secretary or his Authorized
Representative one out of two alternatives:
a. To announce a new auction, or
b. To make the purchase in the open market.
