GENERAL ORDER TO PROCEED WITH THE AWARD

1. The Award shall take place in a private meeting in which the
Board shall be constituted. The Secretary of the Board shall
prepare a minute of all incidences that contain the relevant
aspects of the meeting.
2. In such meeting shall be allowed the attendance of the
representative of the requesting unit or technical committee, or

experts, which have participated in the proposals evaluation in
order to advise the Board on their decision.
