Once the notification of the Request for Appeal is received, the Auctions Board shall send the
original file of the appealed auction to the Board of Appeals. The file shall be composed of: the
summon and the auction's list, bidders attendance sheet, the original proposals presented in
the auction, the minutes of the Auctions Board and the Notification of Award.
