EFFECT OF THE PRESENTATION OF THE APPELLATIONS REQUEST

The presentation of an appellation shall not have the effect of paralyzing the refuted auction.
However, at any bidders request, the Board of Appeals may issue an order against such
action, not without granting a period of time to all other bidders in order to issue their opinions
with respect to the paralyzation request.
