CRITERIA FOR EVALUATING AN APPELLATION

The Board of Appeals shall take into consideration the following criteria when resolving an
appellation:
1. If the award does not comply forthright with any applicable
provision of the act, norm or regulation, or if the procedure
followed in an arbitrary auction is refuted for not being in
agreement with the provisions of this Regulation.
2. If the award is against a right or product of an arbitrary, illegal or
unreasonable action.
3. If the award does not expresses the grounds that support it.
4. If the award is not supported by the file.
