DECISION OF THE BOARD OF APPEALS

1. Except in those cases in which the procedure followed in
an auction is refuted, the decision of the Board of
Appeals shall be an award in the merits and shall have to
warned it on the right to request review before the Circuit
of Appeals Court. Such decision shall be notified to all the
bidders, which participated in the refuted auction.
2. In the case there is found that during the auction the
procedures provided in this Regulation were not followed,
the file shall be returned to the Auctions Board to act in
conformance to the instructions exposed in the Board of
Appeals Resolution.
