This Regulation shall take effect immediately, once approved and signed by the Secretary
Agriculture and its issuance for registration in the Department of State of the Commonwealth
of Puerto Rico, pursuant to the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act, Act No. 170 of August
12, 1988, as amended.
I have hereunto set my hand caused to be affixed the stamp of the Department of
Agriculture to the Certification herein, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on June 9 2003.
