Si cualquier cláusula, párrafo, artículo o parte de este Reglamento y sus Apéndices fuera declarada inconstitucional o nula por un Tribunal de jurisdicción, la sentencia dictada no afectará ni invalidará el resto del Reglamento y su efecto se limitará a la cláusula, párrafo, artículo, O parte declarada inconstitucional o nula.
