- Any products stored to be aged for a period not under one year

prior to August 4, 1945, which is the effective date of Act No. 53 of May 4, 1945, and in respect to which all property taxes were paid covering the year prior to the effective date of such Act, shall be exempt from property taxes during all the years subsequent to the first in which they have been stored for aging.
