Reglamento de Incentivos para Barcos Cruceros.

Purposes This First Amendment is promulgated to implement the provisions of the recent amendment to the Cruise Ship Lines Incentives in Puerto Rico Act, to establish new rules that can extend the benefits of said incentives to the use of any port in the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico by the cruise ship lines, and to add new means to the marketing of Puerto Rico as tourism destination through these other ports which can also generate economic activity and development to all the tourist areas of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
