Machine-rooms floors should be kept clean and free from oil or grease. Articles or material not necessary for the maintenance or operation of the elevator shall not be stored therein. Flammable liquids having a flash-point of less than one hundred and ten (110) degrees Farenheit shall not be kept in such rooms.
