8.1
Survival of Obligations
If an Airline terminates its operations at any Regional Airport, such Airline shall remain liable
for any and all monies and damages, indemnification, and other obligations that may be due or
sustained as a result of Airline's operations at such Regional Airport and all costs, fees and
expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' and experts' fees and other
expenses) incurred by the Authority in pursuit of its remedies under the Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to impair whatever rights the Authority
may otherwise have with respect to the Airline.
