CONSOLIDATION OF APPLICATIONS

If a Cruise Owner were eligible for more than one of the incentives issued by the Ports Authority Fund pursuant to the Act and this Regulation, a single invoice may be submitted to the Ports Authority for all such applicable incentives. However, the Ports Authority shall make independent determinations for the approval of each incentive. The grant of any of the incentives provided by the Ports Authority Fund under the Act and this Regulation shall not imply the approval of any other incentive available under the Act.
