Severability

If any article, provision, part or section of this Regulation, or any of its applications, are declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unconstitutional, all other remaining
articles, provisions, parts or sections of this Regulation, and their applications, shall continue to
be valid and in full force and effect.
