De declararse inconstitucional por un tribunal con jurisdicción cualquier cláusula, párrafo, sección o artículo de este Reglamento o sus Apéndices, la sentencia dictada no afectará, ni invalidará el resto del Reglamento y su efecto se limitará a la cláusula, párrafo, sección, artículo, o parte declarada inconstitucional o nula. 63
