up to a maximum of seven (7) feet, and having oil porting for any load range within the maximum and minimum loads for which the buffer has been tested, provided that the installer certifies on the plans and specifications filed with the enforcing authority that the buffer as installed will conform to the requirements of Rules 201. and 201.4b. 3. Oil buffers of the approved type or design, having a stroke greater than the minimum required by the Rule 201.4a, may be used and the maximum and minimum load rating increased subject to the requirements that the installer shall certify on the plans and specifications filed with the enforcing authority that the maximum retardation of the buffers used will conform to the requirements of Rule 201.4b.
