This Regulation is issued in accordance with and pursuant to the powers conferred to SOEP under
Act 19-2012 and Act 57-2014 and in compliance with the provisions of Act No. 170 of August 12,
1998, as amended, known as the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act (Act 170-1988).
