The ESPC will include a Schedule that will contain the amount and frequency of any payments
that may be made to the ESCO for maintenance or other services negotiated as part of the ESPC.
It will contain information about how the compensation is calculated (e.g. percentage of savings
above the guarantee, flat fee etc.) and if an annual inflation index is to be used to escalate fees over
the duration of the contract term. An hourly fee structure will also likely be included to cover the
ESCO's costs for any services provided beyond the scope agreed to at the time of contract
execution.
