The ESPC will include a checklist as a method by which the ESCO may record and track the
Government Unit's compliance with any of the maintenance procedures being performed by
facility personnel. The checklist typically specifies simple list of tasks and the corresponding
schedule for the performance of the prescribed procedures. Facility staff will complete the
checklist and forward it to the ESCO on a monthly basis.
