Manifest (Cargo and Passenger) - Means the statement submitted

complete, correct, validated against vessel discharge and loading by the Vessel Owner and/or Vessel and/or Ship Owner and/or Ship Agent to the different PRPA facilities Regulatory Agencies related to the inbound and outbound passengers and Cargo delivered. The Vessel Manifest statement is supported, but not limited to, by (1) bills of lading describing Cargo and weight, (2) a list of passengers including identity facts like name, date of birth, nationality, sex, among other information, (3) a list of vehicles detailing model, brand, vehicle identification number, weight, among other information, and (4) any other kind of valid documentation which provides a clear description of type of Cargo and weight conveyed. 5
