Missing Documents - Lack and/or absence of documents and/or any

other information required for billing purposes including, but not limited to, passenger and/or cargo manifest, docking ID, reports, name of other carriers and/or vessels, port of discharge information and/or commodity code, manifest reload at past due dates. Incorrect and/or incomplete and/or missing lot information and/or any other information required that is not provided will be considered as missing document.
