REGLAMENTO CONJUNTO ESPECIAL PARA LA EVALUACION Y PERMISOS DE PROYECTOS DURANTE UN ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA DECLARADO, AL AMPARO DE LA LEY 76 DE 5 DE MAYO DE 2000, SEGUN ENMENDADA (REGLAMENTO DE PLANIFICACION NUM. 36). El proposito de este Reglamento es establecer procedimientos y terminos alternativos para el tramite expedito de permisos, recomendaciones, consultas y/o certificaciones relacionadas a la orden de estado emergencia, definido en este Reglamento y a las disposiciones de la Ley 76, supra, y/o relacionada con Declaraciones Presidenciales.

Purpose To establish procedures and alternative terms to expedite the granting of permits, recommendations, consultations and/or certifications related to the resolution of states of emergency, as this term is defined in these Regulations, and as provided in Act No. 76, supra, and/or related to Presidential Declarations. These provisions are based in the objective of an effective use, conservation, and development of resources and to guarantee the health, public security and well-being of Puerto Rico. During the period of the state of emergency, the government agencies involved in the processing of permits, endorsement, consultation and/or certification, will abide to the provisions of this regulation, and will be exempt from the compliance of the terms and procedures applicable under regular conditions.
