REGLAMENTO CONJUNTO ESPECIAL PARA LA EVALUACION Y PERMISOS DE PROYECTOS DURANTE UN ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA DECLARADO, AL AMPARO DE LA LEY 76 DE 5 DE MAYO DE 2000, SEGUN ENMENDADA (REGLAMENTO DE PLANIFICACION NUM. 36). El proposito de este Reglamento es establecer procedimientos y terminos alternativos para el tramite expedito de permisos, recomendaciones, consultas y/o certificaciones relacionadas a la orden de estado emergencia, definido en este Reglamento y a las disposiciones de la Ley 76, supra, y/o relacionada con Declaraciones Presidenciales.

Effective Date This Special Regulation will be effective immediately of the Governor's approval. The Planning Board of Puerto Rico, the Environmental Quality Board and the Permits Management Office adopted this Special Joint Regulation for Project Evaluation and Permitting During Emergency States Pursuant to Act 76 of May 5, 2000 (Planning Regulation No. 36).
