TITLE This document will be known as Emergency Relief Procurement Rule ARTICLE II LAW This Rule is being enacted by the Authority of Act No. 74 of June 23, 1965, as amended, known as the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority Law, Act No. 76 of May 5, 2000, as amended, known as Procedure for Situations or Events of Emergency Act and in compliance with the provisions of Act No. 38 of June 30, 2017, known as the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act of the Government of Puerto Rico.
